What's Included?

Adult Ticket Includes: Admission for Walk to Remember 2021, Baby's Name(s) Read During the Remembrance Ceremony, Snacks & Crafts.
Minimum donation is $5 per Adult.

Child Ticket Includes: Admission for Walk to Remember 2021, Snacks & Crafts. Ages 5+
Minimum donation is $5 per Child.

Participant shirts are based on availability; please register by Friday, April 2, 2021 to guarantee size availability and you baby's name included on the back of the shirt.

I hereby give my consent to Empty Cradle to use my and my child’s name and photographs, video, and film of me and/or my child or registrants taken before during or after the event in advertising and promotional materials including but not limited to the Internet without compensation. I agree that no advertising or other material need be submitted to me for approval. I have read and understand this Release and declare all information is truthful and accurate.
