Details
All crafts are free. Luminaries and flameless candles will be provided.
We encourage you to bring photos and remembrance items to share and place on our Remembrance Table.
Don't forget chairs, picnic blankets, and a picnic dinner for your family. Weather can be unpredictable and it gets very cool, so be sure to dress warmly.
We encourage you to bring a picnic dinner for your family, but there are some amazing restaurants within Vail Headquarters.

Remembrance Video 2025
We are now accepting submissions for our 2025 Empty Cradle Remembrance Video

Please submit 3 pictures MAX, full name and remembrance dates that we will use create a collage with OR send a pre-made collage with name and remembrance dates. Images may be actual pictures of your baby(ies), ultrasounds or a "symbolic' picture. If you do not have a photo or ultrasound, we have pictures of butterflies, scenery, or whatever you would feel appropriate to be used.
Note: Please do NOT send photos that you do not own the rights to or permission to use. **if you submitted a photo in previous years, your baby will automatically be included in this year’s video. You are welcome to submit replacement pictures** The video is published on October 15 to YouTube and shared to our social media platforms. By submitting your baby’s picture and information, you agree to allow us to use the picture and information for this year’s remembrance video and any in the future. If you do not want your baby’s picture used in future remembrance videos, please let us know.
