Our monthly group meetings provide a forum for the open discussion of feelings and concerns. Parents are free to share in whatever way is most comfortable for them. Although there are no simple answers to the complex emotions surrounding the death of a baby, mutual reassurance is obtained in the group setting. Our meetings are open to loss parents only and are all inclusive. We do not allow children at any meetings whether virtual or in-person.
We offer 3 in-person peer support meetings and 4 virtual peer support meetings via Zoom per month.

Join us for our virtual meeting focused on your next (subsequent) pregnancy after a loss.
This meeting is geared to anyone who is planning to attempt a pregnancy or are currently pregnant after a loss and are trying to figure out how to manage the emotional ride and grief intertwined. Even if you do not have a timeline established, this is a space for you to explore getting ready with someone who took that road with all its unknowns and now acts as the tour guide. She has both her own experiences and those that she collected from others during her years as an Empty Cradle volunteer. She is here to connect you with both others and yourself.

Virtual Early Pregnancy Loss Support Meeting
Join Jill as she hosts our monthly Virtual Support Meeting for Early to mid-stage pregnancy loss.
At Empty Cradle we believe that losses are equal, but we acknowledge that to start you may feel comfortable sharing and receiving support in a more insular space. There is a different virtual meeting led by Karen that covers mid to later term losses, including infant loss, and there is an open virtual meeting for all to attend hosted by Jacquie and Shannon. All of your meeting leaders were at one point right where you are today.
This early loss meeting run by Jill is for people and their partners or support person who have experienced any type of loss up to 20 weeks-ish via chemical, miscarriage, ectopic, molar, missed miscarriage, or termination for medical reasons (tfmr). Tfmr parents often start here even if their loss was a bit later.
Your loss can be recent, or long ago, or perhaps this month is a sorrowful anniversary of sorts for you and your loss story; there is a space for you in this zoom room.

Sponsors can name their table in memory of a baby, in recognition of a family or organization, and may customize their space with photos, artwork, or other personal touches.

Join Jill as she hosts our monthly Virtual Support Meeting for Early to mid-stage pregnancy loss.
At Empty Cradle we believe that losses are equal, but we acknowledge that to start you may feel comfortable sharing and receiving support in a more insular space. There is a different virtual meeting led by Karen that covers mid to later term losses, including infant loss, and there is an open virtual meeting for all to attend hosted by Jacquie and Shannon. All of your meeting leaders were at one point right where you are today.
This early loss meeting run by Jill is for people and their partners or support person who have experienced any type of loss up to 20 weeks-ish (chemical, miscarriage, ectopic, molar, missed miscarriage, or termination for medical reasons (tfmr). Tfmr parents often start here even if their loss was a bit later.
Your loss can be recent, or long ago, or perhaps this month is a sorrowful anniversary of sorts for you and your loss story; there is a space for you in this zoom room.

This group is generally well attended and in January and February there will be a simple activity of rock painting for both yourself and a memorial garden at Rancho Springs Medical Center that is one of our 2026 projects.
