Our monthly group meetings provide a forum for the open discussion of feelings and concerns. Parents are free to share in whatever way is most comfortable for them. Although there are no simple answers to the complex emotions surrounding the death of a baby, mutual reassurance is obtained in the group setting. Our meetings are open to loss parents only and are all inclusive. We do not allow children at any meetings whether virtual or in-person.
We offer 3 in-person peer support meetings and 4 virtual peer support meetings via Zoom per month.

San Diego Support Meeting

Our east county July meeting will be a free healing event instead of open sharing. We begin with a simple 35-minute sound bath for healing led by Nazli Takesh Boshell. Nazli will use Singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create soothing sound waves. It is an uncomplicated way to quiet your mind, meditate or to let the music speak to you. You are encouraged to bring a mat/blanket or towel to lie on. Afterwards, we will share our experience. Please plan on arriving a few minutes early. Any questions please contact Amy Donahue. Walk to Remember 2025
Join us for a heartfelt occasion as we come together to honor the memory of babies who left us too soon. Empty Cradle's Walk to Remember offers families meaningful ways to pay tribute to their little ones. Our Remembrance Ceremony includes touching musical performances, heartfelt poems, a live butterfly release, a rose ceremony, the reading of baby names, and a mass dove release. After the ceremony, families will participate in a Remembrance Walk, where you can see route signs featuring names and photos of beloved babies. San Diego Support Meeting March
Join us for our East County support meeting for pregnancy and infant loss support. Loss parents and their support persons are welcome to attend. Adults only please. This meeting is for loss parents who have experienced a pregnancy loss of any type or gestational age (chemical, miscarriage, ectopic, molar, missed miscarriage, stillbirth, TMFR, full term or infant loss). This meeting is facilitated by Amy Donahue.

Virtual Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Meeting March

Subsequent Pregnancy Online Support Meeting
Join us for a virtual subsequent pregnancy after a loss meeting on Zoom facilitated by Jill Landry. This meeting is geared to anyone who is currently pregnant after a loss and needs a community of people who understand. This meeting is also for those planning on becoming pregnant after a loss. Even if you do not have a timeline established, this is a space for you to explore getting ready. *ALL MEETING TIMES ARE PACIFIC TIME*

Join us for our Carlsbad support meeting for pregnancy and infant loss support. Loss parents and their support persons are welcome to attend. Adults only please. TThis meeting is for loss parents who has experienced a pregnancy loss of any type or gestational age (chemical, miscarriage, ectopic, molar, missed miscarriage, stillbirth, TMFR, full term or infant loss). This meeting is co-facilitated by Alia Kuraishi and a therapist from Hospice of North Coast.

Early Pregnancy Loss Support Meeting Virtual February
Join us at our Virtual Support Meeting on Zoom. This meeting is specifically for anyone who has experienced any type (chemical, miscarriage, ectopic, molar, missed miscarriage, TMFR) of early to midway loss up to 20 weeks. The format is open sharing, tears, and fears, and Jill encourages everyone to come as you are as it is a warm, non-judgmental time and space for healing and feeling.
