Blanket and Item Donations

Our handmade blankets and hats bring comfort to families experiencing the loss of a baby. These special gifts are included in our memory boxes, miscarriage care bags, and hospital memory carts, providing a tangible reminder that their baby is loved and remembered.

While we gratefully accept both hats and blankets, blankets are by far our greatest and most requested need based on feedback from the hospitals and agencies we serve. Every blanket is used to wrap, hold, or honor a precious baby and means so much to the families who receive it.

• Hat Guidelines

  • Sizes: Thimble/Miscarriage, Micro-Preemie, Preemie, or Newborn

  • Colors: White, cream, or soft pastel colors

  • Please avoid holiday-specific colors or themes.

  • Knitted, crocheted, sewn, and stockinette no-sew hats are all welcome.

  • Stockinette no-sew hats make a wonderful project for youth groups, schools, and community service hours. You can find the pattern HERE.

  • We are always in need of handmade blankets in two sizes:

    • Palm-sized blankets for our miscarriage care bags

    • Minimum 24" x 24" blankets for our memory boxes

  • Blankets may be:

    • Knitted

    • Crocheted

    • Sewn

  • Colors:

    • White, cream, or soft pastel colors

    • Please avoid holiday-specific colors or themes.

  • Materials:

    • Most fabrics and fibers are welcome.

    • Please do not use fleece, as it can cling to delicate baby skin.
