We are now welcoming submissions for the 2026 Empty Cradle Remembrance Video, a special tribute to honor and remember all babies gone too soon.

How to Submit:

• You may submit up to 3 photos along with your baby’s full name and remembrance dates. We will use these to create a beautiful collage, or you may send a pre-made collage including the name and dates.

• Photos can include actual pictures of your baby(ies), ultrasounds, or symbolic images. If you don’t have a photo or ultrasound, we have meaningful alternatives such as butterflies, nature scenes, or other images you feel are appropriate.

• Please ensure you only submit images you own or have permission to use.

A Few Notes:

• If you submitted a photo in previous years, your baby will automatically be included in this year’s video. You are always welcome to provide updated or replacement photos.

• The remembrance video will be shared on October 15 via YouTube and our social media channels. By submitting your baby’s photo and information, you give us permission to use it for this year’s video and future videos. If you prefer your baby’s photo not be included in future videos, please let us know.
